UI is a crucial part of any video game, allowing the player to interact with and control various components and settings. With traditional 2D UI, players can click buttons, slide and drag things around, etc., which is great. However, in the VR world, video games often require a more immersive and realistic experience, such as driving a car or operating a machine, which traditional UIs can’t provide. This is when the power of 3D UI comes into play.
Some examples of a 3D UI include a lever, wheel, joystick, push button, grip button, slider, dial, etc.
